Approach We Take

At this practice, our area of expertise is the provision of evidenced based treatments for trauma/posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Each of our clinicians has been trained in at least two evidence-based therapies for the treatment of trauma:

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Prolonged Exposure (PE)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
